We want you to love your gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your KAVU Europe purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
